Plans for transforming a 50-year old shopping center in Newport’s Historic Bellevue Avenue District are underway. NCA is designing a mixed-use complex that includes luxury residential condominiums and retail space, in the Shingle Style to complement the neighboring historic buildings.

The Hotel Providence features 80 guestrooms, a 150-seat restaurant, a 2,200 square-foot ballroom and three conference rooms. It is the first European-style boutique hotel in Providence.
