The proposed plan will create a mixed-use complex that will include a state heritage museum, a 150-room hotel, restaurant, and commercial office space.

The Hotel Providence is a boutique hotel in the heart of Providence. It comprises the renovation of three attached buildings. The Hotel Providence features 80 guestrooms, a 150-seat restaurant, a 2,200 square-foot ballroom and three conference rooms. It is the first European-style boutique hotel in Providence.
